Terms of service
Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. What IncorpAlert is
IncorpAlert delivers weekly lists of newly incorporated UK companies, filtered to your chosen sector and area and enriched with our own analysis, built from public Companies House data. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you subscribe.
2. Subscription and billing
The founding subscription is £29 per month, billed via Stripe, renewing monthly until cancelled. Founding pricing stays locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active, including after our standard price changes. You can cancel anytime from your subscription portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no notice period and no cancellation fee.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're a first-time subscriber and you tell us within 14 days of your first payment that it's not for you, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Email hello@incorpalert.co.uk.
4. What you may do with the data
Your lists are licensed for your own business's client acquisition and research. You may keep everything delivered during your subscription, including after cancelling. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the lists or any substantial part of them, or use them to build a competing data product.
5. Your own compliance
How you contact the companies in your lists is your responsibility, including compliance with UK GDPR and PECR. As general orientation (not legal advice): postal mail to a registered office is generally unrestricted; unsolicited electronic marketing has stricter rules, especially for sole traders. Take your own advice for your own campaigns.
6. Accuracy and what we don't promise
The underlying records come from the public register as filed; our enrichment (such as trading-evidence assessment) is a clearly labelled, best-effort analytical signal, not a guarantee. Verify before acting on any lead. Weekly volumes vary with real incorporation activity — a quiet week in your patch means a short list, and we won't pad it. Nothing we deliver is financial, legal, or professional advice.
7. Service changes and availability
We aim to deliver every week reliably, but as an early-stage service we don't yet offer a formal service-level guarantee. If we make material changes to what the service includes or to these terms, we'll email you at least 14 days beforehand; if you don't like a change, cancel and — if within your first 14 days — claim the guarantee.
8. Liability
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales.
